Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. All payments received for Dream Yatra bookings are processed by Zenithixs, and all approved refunds are also processed by Zenithixs.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges depend on the booking type, selected package, hotel, transportation provider, service provider, travel date, and the time at which the cancellation request is received.
Certain bookings may be partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to supplier-specific cancellation charges.
Refund Policy
If your booking is eligible for a refund, the applicable refundable amount will be determined according to the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.
All approved refunds are processed by Zenithixs, the product company behind Dream Yatra.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, bank, UPI provider, or other financial institution involved in the original transaction.
No-Show Policy
If a customer does not arrive for the booked service or fails to use the booked service without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No refund may be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, depending on the applicable booking and supplier terms.
Important Information
Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined according to the terms applicable to your specific booking.
We recommend contacting Dream Yatra as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your trip.
Once a refund is approved, Zenithixs will process the applicable refund using the original payment method where technically and operationally possible.
Payment & Refund Responsibility
Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. All payments received for Dream Yatra bookings are processed by Zenithixs. Similarly, all approved refunds relating to Dream Yatra bookings are processed by Zenithixs.
Therefore, customers may see the name Zenithixsin their bank statement, UPI transaction history, card statement, payment receipt, refund record, or other transaction records.
Dream Yatra facilitates the booking and cancellation request, while the actual payment and refund processing is handled by Zenithixs and the applicable payment service providers.
