Everything you need to know about paying for your Dream Yatra booking — methods, confirmation, refunds and security.
A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm a booking. The required advance amount can vary depending on the selected tour package, hotel, car rental, destination, travel dates, and service provider.
A booking request submitted through the website does not automatically guarantee availability or confirmation. Your booking will be confirmed after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided by Dream Yatra.
Dream Yatra may provide the following payment methods, which are processed by Zenithixs or payment service providers arranged by Zenithixs:
Available payment options may vary depending on the booking, destination, service selected, and payment channel.
Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. All payments made for Dream Yatra bookings and services are received and processed by Zenithixs.
Zenithixs may use banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, financial institutions, or other authorized payment service providers to process transactions.
As a result, customers may see Zenithixs as the merchant, payment recipient, or transaction name on their bank statement, card statement, UPI transaction history, or other payment records.
Certain bookings may require an advance payment before the reservation can be processed. The applicable advance amount will be communicated to the customer before payment.
Customers should retain the payment receipt, transaction reference number, payment ID, or UTR for future verification.
If an advance payment has been made, the remaining balance must be paid within the payment schedule communicated by Dream Yatra.
In general, the outstanding amount must be cleared before the start of the journey or before the applicable service date. Failure to make the required balance payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
After completing a payment, customers may be required to provide the transaction ID, UTR number, payment receipt, or other payment confirmation details.
Payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that the booking is confirmed. Final confirmation will be provided after Dream Yatra verifies the payment and service availability.
If a payment fails, remains pending, or the payment amount has not been successfully received by Zenithixs, the booking may remain unconfirmed.
Customers should not make repeated payments without first checking the status of a previous transaction if the amount has already been deducted from their account.
If an amount has been debited but the payment status is pending or unsuccessful, customers should retain the transaction details and contact Dream Yatra for assistance.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate payment information and providing the correct transaction reference when requested.
Dream Yatra and Zenithixs are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transaction details, incorrect UPI IDs, incorrect bank information, or incomplete payment information provided by the customer.
Payments may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the selected package, hotel, car rental, service provider, travel date, and time of cancellation.
Refund eligibility and refund amounts will be determined according to the applicable cancellation and refund policy associated with the booking or service.
Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before confirming their booking.
All refunds relating to payments made through Dream Yatra are processed and issued by Zenithixs.
Dream Yatra does not independently receive or issue customer refunds. Where a refund is approved under the applicable cancellation or refund policy, Zenithixs will process the refund through the applicable payment method or payment channel.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method, where technically and operationally possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment account may vary depending on the payment provider, banking system, and customer's financial institution.
The refund amount, if any, will depend on the applicable cancellation policy, service-provider terms, booking conditions, cancellation timing, and any applicable cancellation charges.
Where applicable, taxes, service charges, payment processing charges, cancellation charges, supplier charges, or other non-refundable amounts may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Package prices and service charges may vary depending on availability, season, destination, hotel, transportation, taxes, government charges, and other applicable costs.
Any additional charges applicable to your booking will be communicated where reasonably possible before confirmation.
Customers should only make payments using the official payment instructions provided through Dream Yatra or Zenithixs.
Do not share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password, or other confidential banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent Dream Yatra or Zenithixs.
Zenithixs may use third-party banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, or other financial service providers to process payments and refunds.
Such transactions may also be subject to the respective provider's terms, conditions, processing timelines, and policies.
Customers should retain payment receipts, transaction IDs, UTR numbers, refund references, and other transaction records until the booking and any applicable refund have been fully completed.
These details may be requested by Dream Yatra or Zenithixs to verify a payment, investigate a failed transaction, or track an approved refund.
Dream Yatra and Zenithixs reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy when necessary to reflect changes in payment methods, payment providers, refund procedures, services, or applicable legal requirements.
Changes will be published on this page and may apply to future bookings and transactions.
