Dream Yatra provides travel-related services including domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, car rentals, and customized travel arrangements. Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. All services are subject to availability, applicable service-provider terms, and confirmation.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dream Yatra. A booking request submitted through our website does not automatically guarantee confirmation.

• A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. All payments made through Dream Yatra are processed by Zenithixs or through payment services arranged or managed by Zenithixs.

Therefore, the payment transaction may appear under the name Zenithixs on a customer's bank statement, card statement, UPI transaction history, or other payment records.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided by Dream Yatra.

Zenithixs is responsible for processing payments associated with Dream Yatra bookings and services. Payment processing may involve banks, UPI providers, card networks, payment gateways, financial institutions, or other authorized payment service providers.

Dream Yatra may receive transaction-related information such as payment amount, transaction ID, UTR/reference number, payment status, and booking information for verification, reconciliation, customer support, and record-keeping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment details and information submitted during a transaction are accurate.

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the selected package, hotel, car rental, service provider, and timing of cancellation.

Customers should carefully review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

All refunds for payments made through Dream Yatra are processed by Zenithixs , because Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs.

Once an eligible refund has been approved, Zenithixs will process the refund through the applicable payment method or payment channel used for the original transaction.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment account may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's financial institution.

Tour packages may include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, activities, meals, or other services depending on the package selected.

The exact inclusions and exclusions will be communicated to the customer before or during the booking process.

Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective hotel or accommodation provider. Check-in, check-out, identification, extra-person charges, deposits, and other hotel policies may vary by property.

Car rental services are subject to vehicle availability and applicable rental terms. Customers may be required to provide valid identification, driving documents, and other information requested by the service provider.

• Customers are responsible for complying with applicable immigration, visa, airline, hotel, and local regulations.
• Customers should arrive at designated departure locations at the required time.

For international travel, customers are responsible for maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccination documents, and any other documents required by the destination country.

Dream Yatra may modify, replace, reschedule, or cancel certain services due to availability, weather conditions, operational requirements, government restrictions, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Some services may be provided by third-party hotels, transportation providers, airlines, activity providers, or other travel partners.

Such services may be subject to the respective provider's terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and operational requirements. Customers agree to comply with the applicable rules of those service providers.

Dream Yatra will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described at the time of booking. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural events, strikes, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where services are provided by third parties, the applicable third-party provider's terms and conditions may also apply.

If a customer fails to arrive for a confirmed booking or does not use the booked service, the booking may be treated as a no-show. Refunds, if any, will depend on the applicable cancellation policy and service-provider terms.

Customers must not misuse the Dream Yatra website, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Personal information submitted through our website may be used for booking processing, payment verification, refund processing, customer communication, service coordination, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business purposes.

Dream Yatra is a product of Zenithixs. Zenithixs may handle or facilitate payment processing, refunds, transaction management, customer support, accounting, and other operational functions associated with Dream Yatra.

Accordingly, references to Dream Yatra in these Terms & Conditions include the Dream Yatra website, booking platform, services, and related functionality operated as part of the Dream Yatra product.

Dream Yatra and Zenithixs reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective when published on this website.
